About the role:

The primary focus of this role is to assist the Gas and Power Services team by providing technical support to our customers through Zendesk, by phone, and by email. Reporting to our technical support team leader, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Respond to technical customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional manner (e.g. questions about quotes and service reports)
  • Delivery of quotes and service reports to clients within specified deadlines
  • Maintain and build relationships with our customers through proactive communication (for example, following up on quotes and providing additional assistance with queries)
  • Promptly notify customers with high escalation jobs

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy and fast-paced work environment
  • Highly motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence, demonstrates initiative and a strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
