VSinemaNext, the European, Middle Eastern and African specialist in cinema exhibitor services, is pleased to announce that it has signed a service agreement with leading Scandinavian cinema chain Nordisk Film Cinemas to oversee the services of remote technical support for Nordisk’s entire network of 47 sites in Denmark and Norway and Sweden, representing a total of 258 screens.




“We are delighted to renew our longstanding partnership with Nordisk Film Cinemas, which has been part of cinematic history for over 100 years,” said Georges Garic, CEO of CinemaNext. “This agreement demonstrates our ability to effectively manage Nordisk’s remote technical requirements across Scandinavia, providing each of its locations with cost advantages and best-in-class technical support. We provide the highest level of customer service, monitoring and support for Nordisk’s 258 cinema screens through our remote technical support service (NOC) using our unique customer portal, an in-house designed ticketing system and designed for cinemas.
