Responsibilities:

  • Design solutions for clients from existing templates and solution sets.
  • Implementation of digital transformation technologies.
  • Provide technical assistance for implementations.
  • Drive digital adoption. Provide assistance in resolving IT queries.
  • Attend the helpdesk when needed.
  • Problem management by identifying root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for developing new projects, processes or models.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation and tools.
  • Perform monthly checks on backups.

Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, problem solving and support of Microsoft environments.
  • Proven experience with Office 365, Active Directory, SQL, Azure and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Proven experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting networks – LAN and wireless networks, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP.
  • Good understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Brilliant with a support ticket system and a track record of exceeding SLA targets.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.

Advantageous Experience:

  • Experience with Autotask or Nable.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional – MCSE, MCSA.
  • Microsoft SharePoint, Teams implementation experience.
  • Sophos Certified Engineer.
  • Cisco Meraki Solution Specialist.
  • Mimecast-certified.
