Speaking at a press conference on the sidelines of the 26th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Show (Iran Oil Show 2022), Salari said: “Today we are able to export technical and engineering services and to supply equipment for the refining industries. to other countries. »
“Effective steps have been taken in this regard, which will be announced in the near future,” he added.
The Deputy Petroleum Minister stressed the need to take further steps to update the refining industries in line with the imperatives of time and said, “We are trying to move from a fuel-driven approach to a fuel-driven approach. on profit by following new prospects in this industry; this requires a change in business structure from a service entity to a development company.
“It is necessary to enter international markets in accordance with national development with the participation of the private sector and using the technical knowledge of national enterprises,” Salari stressed.
